Welcome to SUAPP AI, operated by Metapoleis Inc. (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website suappelf.com, our browser extensions, mobile applications, and any other software or functionalities provided in connection with our services (collectively, the “Service”). Our Service includes the ELF product suite, which consists of both AI-powered generative tools (such as AIFlow Elf and House Elf) and SketchUp productivity/modeling utilities (including but not limited to Road Elf, Sunlight Elf, Material Elf, CleanUp Elf, MakeFace Elf, and Selection Elf), as well as any future products added to the suite.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Limitation: You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. If you are under the age of majority, you must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Account Integrity: Each registered account is limited to one user, and each user is limited to one account. Creating multiple free-tier or trial accounts to circumvent usage limits (including AI generation quotas or tool access limits) is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate revocation of access.

Subscriptions, Pricing, and Trials

Subscription Model: We offer Monthly and Yearly subscriptions for individual ELF products. We reserve the right to introduce "Bundle" or "All-in-One" packages at any time.

3-Day Free Trial: We may offer a 3-day free trial for certain products. If you subscribe after completing a free trial, you are not eligible for a refund under our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Real-Time Pricing: The price displayed on the specific checkout page at the moment of your transaction is the final price. Price changes will not apply to your current active subscription period.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

License to Access and Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Metapoleis Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and personal license to access and use the Service.

Software: For SketchUp extensions or apps provided by us, you are granted a license to use the software for its intended modeling or generative purpose as permitted.

Commercial Use: * Paid Members: Full commercial use is permitted for designs, modifications, or content generated/processed via the Service. Free/Trial Users: Granted a personal, non-commercial license only.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Service: The Service, including its “look and feel,” proprietary algorithms, scripts, and software, are the property of Metapoleis Inc.

User Content & AI Outputs: * You retain ownership of the original data/models you upload. For AI-generated outputs (from AIFlow Elf, House Elf, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and modify such content solely for the purposes of providing, promoting, and improving our AI models and algorithms. For Modeling Utility outputs (results from Road Elf, CleanUp Elf, etc.), these are considered your work product, though the underlying scripts remain our IP.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of our tools or AI models.
• Use automated bots to scrape content or "farm" AI generations.
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to create harmful content.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or for unauthorized competitive research.

Availability, Quality, and "AS IS" Disclaimer

Service Evolution: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature within the ELF suite (including shifting between AI and non-AI logic) without prior notice.

No Guarantees: The Service is provided “AS IS.” We do not guarantee the stability, uptime, or that the output (whether AI-generated or algorithmically calculated) will be error-free.

Physical Feasibility: Crucial Note: While our tools are designed for architectural visualization and modeling efficiency, we do not guarantee the structural integrity, safety, or physical feasibility of any design. You assume all risk for professional implementation.

Investigation and Termination

We reserve the right to investigate violations and may:

• Suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.
• Report unlawful activities to law enforcement.
• Disclose relevant usage data as required by law to protect our legal rights.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
