• 7-Day Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Usage Threshold: You must not have generated or regenerated more than 10 times for that specific product. Once you exceed 10 generations, the service is considered "consumed" and is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Exclusion: Post-Trial Subscriptions

If you have utilized a 3-Day Free Trial (or any other trial period) before subscribing, you are NOT eligible for a refund on the subsequent paid subscription. The trial period is provided specifically for you to evaluate the product’s suitability before a financial commitment is made.
